We will come out to look at the area you want finished and take measurements for no charge. We bring sample pictures of our work and references. Before we leave, we will give you an idea of how much the project will cost based on the options you select. We will provide you a formal estimate showing each charge and describing how the work will be done.

This is our chance to look at the area to be finished and exchange ideas on what would make the space work best for you. After you have selected us to do the work, we come back to sign a contract with you, set up a payment schedule, and order materials. The contract is our agreement to complete a quality job in a specified timeframe as well as your agreement for timely payment for services. A typical payment schedule in the contract is four or five payments and coincides with major milestones in the project.


In general, work flow is ordered according to major milestones such as framing, electrical and plumbing work, drywall, and finish work such as painting and trim. At any time you may view and discuss our work with us as long as appropriate safety precautions are taken.
