1. Will change orders cause the completion date to extend?

Yes, they may. We try very hard to complete work by the date agreed to.  However, some changes will cause an extension to the completion date.

2. How soon should I pick out my paint colors, fixtures, and carpet?

As soon as possible after signing the contract. Work progresses fast and if homeowner selections are not made quickly it can cause job delays.

3. We talked about many possibilities when you came to do the estimate. Are all the items we talked about in the bid?

We may discuss many ideas when we meet with you to do the estimate. Not all of those ideas will make it into the final draft. We meet with you again before starting the work to make sure you are aware of what the price includes.  If you have any questions, please ask!
